Hough girls face Green Hope in 4A title soccer game

The Hough High School girls soccer team travels to Raleigh Saturday, May 25, to defend their 2012 state title. Saturday’s match is a rematch of last year’s final, when the Huskies scored a 2-1 victory over Green Hope to win the title. [2]Kickoff is at 5pm at NC State University.
Hough is 21-2 overall, its only two losses coming to Lake Norman. The Huskies beat Myers Park 1-0 to qualify for the championship.
Green Hope is undefeated, and earned its spot in the final by beating New Bern, 3-1. See the full playoff bracket on NCHSAA.org [3]
