Hough High’s baseball team plays for the N.C. High School Athletic Association 4A championship this weekend, in a series of games in Durham. The Huskies (22-10) will play Middle Creek High School (23-6) of Apex for the title.
Hough beat East Forsyth last week to win the 4A Western Region baseball championship. Middle Creek eliminated Richmond to make it to the finals.
Game One of the best-of-three series is tonight (Friday, June 1) at 8 p.m. at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham. Game 2 will be there at 2 p.m. Saturday. If needed, a third game would be played Saturday night at 5 or 8 p.m.
