Spring is the time of year I always look forward to. My garden starts to blossom and along with it comes an outburst of my allergies. All the spring pollens from flowers, trees and the air trigger people’s allergies. Since staying indoors is not an option, making sure you have good indoor air quality is what you need to strive for.
By good indoor air quality I mean an atmosphere where minimal pollutants are present. While there may be many sources of poor indoor air quality, if you regularly clean your home and maintain your HVAC equipment that does help a little. Read the full story
