Charlotte-area home sales in January just about matched sales in the same month a year earlier, and fell slightly from December, according to the latest figures from the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. About 200 battle-weary homeowners association officers and members swapped war stories and exchanged strategies at a forum in Davidson on Thursday. The grim scenarios they described left the HOA experts on the stage unfazed.
The event, “Your HOA & You: Who Rules the Neighborhood?” at Davidson Day School, was part of the Public Conversations series hosted by WFAE-FM.
