How should Cornelius develop in the future? That’s the question before the Cornelius Planning Board as it considers updates to the town’s Land Use Plan. The board meets Monday, Sept. 30 at 5:30pm for the third in a series of discussions about the plan, and they’re inviting residents to offer their opinions.
“Thank you to the citizens and property owners who have participated and been engaged in the process so far. The public is again invited and encouraged to attend Monday’s meeting, hear the discussion and provide input regarding the Town’s future land use,” the board said in an announcement on the town website.
Consultant Roger Waldon, with Clarion and Associates, is working with the board and will make recommendations for updates based on public input.
