The 29th annual Davidson Horticultural Symposium is scheduled Tuesday, March 5, at Davidson College, this year on the theme “Beyond the Garden Gate: Exploring Creative Spaces.”

What do you find when you open the garden gate? What’s being done to expand and enrich the garden, to make it a sanctuary from the everyday world? Join fellow gardeners to explore creative solutions and inspired garden designs. Renowned horticulturalists and garden gurus will be speaking on topics ranging from the private spaces of leading designers, creating contemplative gardens, vertical gardens, and terrariums.
