Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and the Carolina Multiple Listing Services Inc. recent installed a new executive committee for 2011. The new executive committee includes president Laurie Knudsen, of Helen Adams Realty. Other members are Jennifer Frontera, president-elect, Wanda Smith & Associates; Lyn Kessie, past president, Allen Tate Co.; Joe Rempson, secretary, T.R. Lawing Realty Inc.; and Eric Locher, treasurer, Cottingham Chalk Hayes.

At a meeting Jan. 12 at the Mint Museum in Charlotte, Ms. Knudsen was sworn into office by Jeff Adams, president and CEO of Helen Adams Realty. The executive committee will lead the 7,200-member organization in 2011.

The following were installed as members of the 2011 Association Board of Directors: Cam Barnett III, Keller Williams SouthPark; Daniel Cottingham Jr., Cottingham Chalk Hayes Realtors; John Kindbom, Allen Tate Co.; Mike LaRuffa, Builder Services, Inc.; Alison Royal-Combs, Allen Tate Co.; Raine Spivey, Raine Realty LLC; Kerry Stecher, Coldwell Banker United; John Suddreth, The Suddreth Group; Stan Suther, Coldwell Banker United; and Debbie White, Cottingham-Chalk Hayes, Realtors.

Joan Goode of Dickens-Mitchener & Associates, Inc., was sworn in as chair of the Housing Opportunity Foundation.
