Re/Max at the Lake of Mooresville and Re/Max Executive Realty of Charlotte have combined their Lake Norman offices, The Charlotte Business Journal reported Monday. The firms will manage offices in Mooresville and Cornelius renamed Re/Max Executive at the Lake.
The announcement comes amid a wave of consolidation in the area real estate business, including last week’s announcement that Allen Tate Realtors has acquired longtime Davidson firm Knox Realty.
