CORNELIUS – Dogs and dog lovers will have a new place to hang out beginning this summer, thanks to Huntersville residents William and Kelly Waugh. The couple plans to open Lucky Dog, a doggy day care, dog park and coffee/drinks bar, in the building that used to house Kylie’s Restaurant on U.S. 21. Town Board members unanimously approved a conditional-use permit for the dog bar at their meeting Monday night. Read the full story
