A yellow lab was found wandering on Concord Road between the roundabout and Robert Walker Drive Tuesday. He appears to be a bit thin, and has an older scrape or cut on the right side of his head. He approached several joggers Tuesday morning around 7:30 a.m. near the entrance to the Bradford and River Run neighborhoods. He followed one along the Southeast Greenway to Davidson Elementary School and then up South Street. If you recognize this dog, call Courtney Spear, 704-400-0880.
UPDATE Thursday, Nov. 10: This dog, now dubbed Flash Drive, has escaped from the Spears’ home in McConnell, where he has been staying. Please keep an eye out …

Any updates on this sweet-looking dog? Have he found his home (or any home)?
This sweet lab now has a name, according to Courtney Spear – “His name is Flash, middle name Drive. That’s what we are naming him.” As of Wednesday morning, no owner had come forward.
Is Courtney Spear going to adopt him if no owner comes forward?
