Norma Veldhuis
Norma Vogel Veldhuis, 67, of Cornelius, died Oct. 6, 2013, at her residence. Born Dec. 5, 1945 in Montclair, NJ she was a daughter of the late Carl Michael Vogel and Helen Vaughn Bossman Vogel. She was a devoted Wife, Mom and Nana.
Memorial services will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Saturday October 12, 2013 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Alexander officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 2:30 prior to the service at the funeral home.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 49 years, Peter Veldhuis: daughter, Cheryl Veldhuis Roof and husband Kevin of Cornelius; grandchildren, Jordyn, Morgan and Brady; sisters, Carole and Joanne; five nephews, a niece and many other loving family and friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Veldhuis; nephew, William Dietch and niece, Kelly Feeney
