Timothy Baxter, 69, of Huntersville, died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at his residence. He was born May 24, 1942 in Bronx, N.Y., to Dorothea Mulvihill Baxter and the late Walter Baxter. He was a Respiratory Therapist with CMC Lincolnton and a member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Huntersville and a director of BITO’LUCK Equine Rescue.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Gail Ann Miller Baxter, five daughters; Debra Brescia of Cornelius, Donna Yacopino of Waxhaw, Dianna Eikenbaum of Seatle, WA, Rebecca and Claudia Baxter of Huntersville, sisters; Bridget Powell, Nora Ehrling and Eileen Toro, grandchildren; Amanda, Erica, Casey, Jessica, Jacqueline, Julianna, Danae, Dequoia and Willow.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the family’s residence. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to BITO’LUCK Equine Rescue at BITO’LUCK.org.
