Cabarrus County EMS and the American Heart Association will host a “CPR Aware” event at Concord Mills Mall on Friday, Aug. 3, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The training is free and is conducted on a “drop-by basis.” In a time frame of five minutes, participants will receive instruction in the “hands-only” technique of CPR and be prepared to recognize sudden cardiac arrest. Read the full story
