CPR course offered for health-care providers

MOORESVILLE – Lake Norman Regional Medical Center will host a course offering training for the American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider. The course will be held on Thursday, Aug. 7, from 6 to 10pm in Room B at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.
The initial course is offered to healthcare providers only, designed to teach them how to perform CPR, as well as other life-saving skills, in a wide-variety of hospital or health care settings. Healthcare providers that complete this course will receive a course completion card to meet job, regulatory, or any other requirements. Please note this is not a recertification class.
The cost of the course is $50, which includes the course book. For more information or to make reservations, please contact 1-888-99-LNRMC.
