Dance Davidson offers Gentle Yoga for adults

Dance Davidson this fall will offer a class in “Gentle Yoga for Adults.” The class will be for beginner or intermediate level, and is described as a “slower-paced, deep stretch class.” Meetings are Mondays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. at Dance Davidson, 140 Jackson St., Davidson.
Teacher is Christina Natichioni, RYT 500, a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher with 12 years’ experience. To register, call 704-661-6866
