Saturday program looks at returning home from hospital

Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville presents a Senior Saturdays workshop this Saturday, May 19, on “Hospital to Home,” by Faye Freeze, RN, ACM, Presbyterian Hospital Case Manager. The program runs 10 to 11 a.m. in the hospital community room, 10030 Gilead Road, Huntersville (off Exit 23).
What should you do after being discharged from the hospital? Learn valuable tips and information that can help you regain your strength and health after you are discharged from the hospital.” Free. To register, call 704-316-3872. Light refreshments will be served.
