Town debuts a ‘Healthy Davidson’ blog

The Town of Davidson website has added its first blog – titled “Healthy Davidson.” Davidson Healthy Living and Wellness Supervisor Leslie Willis will be posting to the blog on “opportunities for healthy living around town and will encourage residents to get up, get moving and get involved in the community,” the town said in an announcement this week.
Ms. Willis’s first post focuses on “30 Days of Action,” a challenge that she is hosting that will encourage people to find ways to move and to get involved each day, beginning April 5 and ending on Town Day, May 5.
Those who choose to sign up for the challenge will receive an email each day with an idea or suggestion encouraging you to take action within the community.
