Snap Fitness said this week it will expand its space in the Renaissance Square Shopping Center at the intersection of N.C. 73, Poplar Tent Church Road and Shiloh Church Road, east of Davidson. The fitness business will take over adjacent space near the Lowe’s Foods and CVS so it can add equipment and start offering new programs, classes and wellness services.
Co-Owner Amie Cennamo said plans include fun but challenging new programs focused on getting “tangible, quantifiable results within specific time periods such as 6, 8 or 12 weeks, based on a person or group’s fitness goals.”
The fitness center offers TRX Suspension Training System, Zumba, Yoga and a variety of personal and small group training sessions, led by Certified Personal Trainers. The club also will offer massage therapy through Carolina Club Spa and nutritional and weight loss services through Total Nutrition Technology.
“This is all about making sure people get the results they want with us. Helping them to look and feel better is our number one goal,” Ms. Cennamo said. “We want to change the cycle in the industry where people join a gym with the best intentions and soon give up either because they aren’t given a plan on how to achieve their goals or they get bored. These new programs and services will be innovative and results-oriented, helping people to see measureable results faster.”
She said the club’s 24/7 schedule helps people “stick to it by reducing time constraints.”
