CORNELIUS – Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce will host a workshop Thursday, April 14, from noon to 1 p.m. on Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. 

Deleon Best of Best Acupuncture will lead the interactive workshop, which includes training in acupressure.   Acupressure can help release tension and improve circulation by applying pressure to specific acupoints. A handout will show the different points along the body that are associated with specific organ function.
