Snap Fitness in Davidson is offering a series of free wellness sessions over the next two months for members and non-members. The sessions begin this Saturday, March 5, with a program on “How to Optimize Your Physique with Nutrition.”
Angela Gallo, President of Total Nutrition Technology, will offer five tips on how to attain and keep the physique you’re looking for. The program is free.
