The Town of Davidson Parks and Recreation will offer Life Line Screenings in May. The screenings include easy tests that check for potential problems with strokes, aneurysm, osteoporosis and other conditions.

Pre-registration is required. To register, please call 800-690-6313. Ultrasound tests conducted by Life Line Screening will be held to determine the risk of stroke (due to carotid artery blockage), abdominal aortic aneurysm, peripheral arterial disease, atrial fibrillation and osteoporosis. These diseases are preventable and treatable if caught in time. Early detection is prevention. Life Line Screening’s mission is to make people aware of undetected health problems and encourage them to seek follow-up care with their physician. You will receive your results in 21 days.
Day: Monday, May 16
Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Fee: Tests are $60 individually. All 5 tests for $149. Vascular package (first 3 tests) only $119. Wellness Package $129. Bone Density $35.
Location: Davidson Parks & Rec, 416 Armour St., Davidson.
