MOORESVILLE – Lake Norman Regional Medical Center is hosting a Going Red for Women Lunch & Learn on Friday, Feb. 4, for its hospital associates and the public. It’s a free lunchtime education program with guest speaker Dr. Daniel Koehler, a cardiologist with Sanger Heart and Vascular.
Dr. Koehler will speak on “Women and Heart Health,” and answer questions.
The lunch program will be held in the hospital’s Community Rooms, with Session One from 11 to 11:30 a.m., and Session Two from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 a.m.

In addition to lunch served, there will also be drawings for door prizes highlighting the fight against cardiovascular disease in women. The event comes on the American Heart Association’s National Wear Red Day on Friday, Feb. 4.
