Snap Fitness of Davidson said this week is is planning to expand its space at One Harbour Place, off I-77 Exit 30, as it introduces new programs, classes and services.
In an announcement Wednesday, co-owner Amie Cennamo said plans include “fun but challenging new programs” focused on getting tangible, quantifiable results within a specific time period such as 6, 8 or 12 weeks.
Program options will include TRX Suspension Training System, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Tai Chi and a variety of boot camps all led by Certified Personal Trainers. Members and non-members may participate on either a private (1 on 1), semi-private (2 – 4 people) or small group (5 to 10) basis.
The club will also offer various types of massage therapy, nutritional and weight loss services and supplements to create a one-stop wellness solution.
“This is all about making sure people get the results they want with us. Helping them to look and feel better is our number one goal,” Ms. Cennamo said in a press release. “We want to change the cycle in the industry where people join a gym with the best intentions and soon give up either because they aren’t given a plan on how to achieve their goals or they get bored.
Snap Fitness is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The new space is expected to be ready by Dec. 1.
