Support group helps those left behind by suicide

If you have lost someone to suicide, the first thing you should know is that you are not alone. Each year over 33,000 people in the United States die by suicide. The devastated family and friends they leave behind are known as “survivors.” There are millions of survivors who, like you, are trying to cope with this heartbreaking loss.
A new group for survivors in the Lake Norman area called Living after Suicide has begun meeting on the third Tuesday of the month, 7:00-8:30 p.m., at The Solomon House (near to Lupie’s in downtown Huntersville.) Next meeting: Oct. 19, 7-8:30. Details: http://www.meetup.com/Living-After-Suicide/ [1]
