Davidson Parks & Recreation has a variety of new fitness programs among the offerings in its fall schedule, including Zumba, yoga, martial arts and a class called “Strengthen and Stretch” for those 16 and up. The class offerings include semi-private personal training, offered in cooperation with Snap Fitness, and “Tai Chi for the Living Room” with instructor Joe Martin.
