Women’s triathlon training group plans open house

Women triathletes are invited to an open house Thursday, March 4, hosted by Team TRIumph, an all women’s triathlon and endurance sport training group in the Lake Norman area. The event begins at 7 p.m. at Brooklyn South Pizza, 19400 Jetton Road, Cornelius.
Team members train together in all of the triathlon disciplines (swimming, biking, running), as well as join for informative clinics on topics like nutrition, yoga and Pilates. The group is open to beginners and experienced athletes.
