The Backbeat

The Backbeat will bring the classic tunes of The Beatles to the Davidson Village Green this Sunday, July 15, from 6-8 p.m. The Chapel Hill-based tribute band plays the Beatles and other 1960s rock-and-roll, in a show aimed at alla ges. Besides hits from the Fab Four, they play other hits from The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, The Kinks and more.

“We’re pleased to welcome The BackBeat back to Davidson for our concert series,” said Kim Fleming, Davidson’s downtown manager. “We’re having an amazing season so far, and we’d love all citizens to come out and enjoy the show.”

Davidson Concerts on the Green continue on the first and third Sundays of the month at the Village Green, in front of Davidson’s public library branch, Main Street and Concord Road in Davidson. See the full season schedule online at  http://www.concertsonthegreen.com/
