Davidson Toastmasters invites residents to an open house Wednesday, Sept. 11, at the Lake Norman YMCA to meet members and watch the keynote speaker, comedian Sid Davis, talk about the importance of communication skills for today’s professional. Members and guests will enjoy a regular Toastmasters meeting that will include prepared speeches, Table Topics (impromptu speeches) and evaluations.

“Davidson Toastmasters provides a supportive and positive environment where members have the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership skills,” says club president Tim White.
