He will demonstrate and discuss the ways dance can promote health and wellness.

The woman’s club is a social and civic group of women in the North Mecklenburg/South Iredell County area. It meets on the first Wednesday of every month.

The meeting begins at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 2 at Northstone Country Club in Huntersville, and a luncheon will follow. Visitors and potential members are welcome. The luncheon costs $14.

For those who can’t attend the lunch meeting, the club also will hold a night meeting Tuesday, Nov. 1 at Alton’s Kitchen and Cocktails in Cornelius. The meeting begins at 6 p.m.
