“Charting Our Community,” an exhibit of posters by Davidson College students from the Davidson College Center for Civic Engagement Fall 2013 Poster Fair, is on display through Feb. 3 at Davidson Town Hall, 216 S. Main St., Davidson.

Students produced the posters for several classes, including courses in Finite Math and Community Journalism, after researching local issues and organizations, both on and off campus. There’s a history of the Ada Jenkins Center, and a poster recounting 25 years of Davidson basketball coach Bob McKillop. Other posters looked at the Davidson Farmer’s Market, various aspects of Our Towns Habitat for Humanity, and how Davidson Town Hall communicates with the public.

These and other posters were exhibited at the college’s Lilly Family Gallery on Nov. 20, 2013, and they make a guest appearance in Town Hall this month. The posters may be seen weekdays from 8am to 5pm and other hours during town events.
