‘Scarrigan Farms’
October 26, 2013 @ 6:30 pm
MOORESVILLE – The blood-thirsty zombies are back at “Scarrigan Farms” this fall for the seventh season of haunted thrills and gruesome chills. Beginning Friday, Oct. 5, and continuing Friday to Sunday nights through Nov. 2, brave guests will run, slide and crawl through the ½-mile, multi-leveled haunted trail, as they attempt to escape forest ghouls and wilderness psychos.
The haunted attraction includes a ½ mile walking trail through the Maniac Maze, 40-Foot Double Barrel Drop, Vomit-Inducing Vortex, Purple Haze 3-D Experience, Fright Town, Tragic School Bus, Haunted Moon-Lit Corn Maze and more.
Scarrigan Farms is at Carrigan Farms in Mooresville. Check out www.scarriganfarms.com for dates, details and ticket information.
Carrigan Farms is a 5th generation farm. “Visiting the farm has become a fall tradition for thousands of school children and families. Whether they are picking a special pumpkin for Halloween, taking the school tour or experiencing our hayrides, they are growing up with us,” owner Doug Carrigan said. “The Scarrigan Farms adventure is our way of continuing to provide fun and entertainment as children become teens and young adults.”
Also on the farm this fall, enjoy a Good ‘Ole Fashioned Night Time Bonfire Hayride where guests enjoy a private, reserved bonfire site and 45-minute wagon hayride through winding, farm trails. Bring hotdogs, S’mores items and roasting sticks to add to this fun, farm favorite.
Scarrigan Farms $20 per person (group discounts offered online). Night Hayrides $12 per person (12 person minimum, reservations required). Pumpkin Patch Hayrides $10 per person (includes pumpkin, reservations required during the week)
