Davidson College invites the public on Wednesday, February 12, to hear astrophysicist, cosmologist and Nobel Prize in Physics laureate John Cromwell Mather deliver the annual Smith Lecture on the subject “The History of the Universe from Beginning to End, and Observing with the James Webb Space Telescope.” The talk is free to attend and begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Smith 900 Room of the Alvarez College Union.
