There are plenty of opportunities to get a head-start on celebrating Irish heritage this weekend, with the Mooresville St. Patrick’s Day Parade and the Thistledown Tinkers in concert on Saturday. Stop by Davidson College Belk Arena Friday to learn about area businesses at the Lake Norman Business Expo, and don’t miss the 2013 Southern Conference Basketball Tournament in Asheville. There are also lots of live music performances and the opening of Warehouse Performing Arts Center’s production of “Crimes of Omission.”
