On Tuesday, ReadDavidson hosts a discussion of Opera Carolina’s “Tosca” and the North Meck Republican Women’s club is hosting a GOP Rally & BBQ Dinner with special guest Sue Myrick. Wednesday, there will be a test of the McGuire Nuclear Station siren around 11:50 a.m. This weekend, Davidson Community Players “Baby: The Musical” continues at the Armour Street Theater. The Lake Norman Chamber hosts an election forum at Davidson College with candidates for Congress and Mecklenburg County Commission. There’s a campout at Rural Hill on Saturday, and the Bindu yoga studio in Conrelius hosts a community Yoga on the Green festival Saturday in Davidson, in a fundraiser for Davidson Farmer’s Market. And The Lake Norman Rotary’s annual Wine Spectacular fundraiser is Saturday night at Havana Banquet and Ballroom.
