Nature photographs by Michael Tipton are on display through the end of August in the atrium gallery at Davidson Town Hall, 216 S. Main St., Davidson. The exhibit may be seen weekdays during business hours, and at other times during town meetings and events.
Michael Tipton is a Charlotte resident who works in Cornelius. He is a member of the Mooresville Artists Guild. A relative newcomer to photography, enjoys shooting nature, from animals to plants to cloud formations. “Nature always fascinates and surprises me with unexpected beauty,” he says.
“I enjoy showing others my work, and I appreciate their feedback – both positive and negative. However, I do have to admit I do enjoy the positive feedback more,” he says.
