The Rotary Club of Lake Norman-Huntersville still has about 50 tickets available for its 14th Annual Wine Spectacular Oct. 1, but the club expects to sell out, and urges community members to reserve tickets now.
The event is the largest of the Rotary’s fundraisers, and will benefit four local organizations: The Lake Norman Community Health Clinic, USO-North Carolina, the Hope House Foundation and the Rotary’s End Polio Now initiative.
The primary beneficiary of the funds raised this year will be the Lake Norman Community Health Clinic, that will receive funds raised through the silent auction. The clinic provides medical care to uninsured and underinsured individuals.
The event will be held in a new location this year, the Havana Banquet and Ballroom, and also will include a new “Man Cave” with a scotch bar for all to enjoy.
