Davidson Community Players’ “Moon Over Buffalo” finishes its run this weekend, with 8 p.m. shows on Thursday-Saturday and a 2 p.m. show on Sunday. Davidson Public Library hosts Lunch & a Movie on Friday, screening the movie “Race to Witch Mountain.” There’s a night market at The Palace in Cornelius on Friday from 6-10 p.m. and The Palace is holding a Night of JazzSaturday, with light hor d’oeuvres on the patio.  And pair of big cycling events – 24 Hours of Booty and the Presbyterian Criterium – are scheduled this weekend in Charlotte.
