Alan Michael Parker
Davidson College professors Alan Parker and Herb Jackson will present an unusual collaboration titled “10 Days” Thursday at 7:30 p.m., in the college’s Alvarez College Union 900 Room. The work will feature images by Prof. Jackson and poetry by Prof. Parker.
The exact nature of the work is a closely held secret, Prof. Jackson said in an email message:
“Alan Michael Parker and I have worked in secret on a project, entitled ’10 Days’ for over a year. I cannot tell you the nature of our collaboration until it is premiered, but if you are in the area on Thursday, I think you will find it most interesting. [Fewer] than 10 people know what we have been doing, and we are excited to reveal it to the rest of you on Thursday.”
