Many American families are struggling financially due to the country’s economic recession. Some are worried about filing for bankruptcy. If you are considering bankruptcy or are concerned that it might be a necessity in the future, United Family Services invites you to attend a free session April 19 on “Bankruptcy Myths and Realities.”
Bankruptcy attorney Beth Carter of Davidson’s McIntosh Law Firm will conduct the 90-minute session from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, April 19 at the North County Regional Library, 16500 Holly Crest Lane in Huntersville. Light refreshments will be provided.
Among the discussion topics, Carter will provide explanations on what to expect if you file for bankruptcy, when someone should consider bankruptcy, and other options to explore.
