Armin’s Catering, which recently took over management at Beaver Dam, off Davidson-Concord Road, will host a bridal show at the historic site this Saturday, Feb. 20 that comes with a twist: A live wedding. In fact, it could be your wedding. The catering service is seeking couples to enter a contest that will give a way a free wedding at Saturday’s event. (Entry deadline is Wednesday, Feb. 17.)
The “Say I Do” bridal show will feature area vendors of wedding-related services. It’s open to the public Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Beaver Dam Park. Tickets are $10 at the door.

“It’s like a ‘shotgun’ wedding but much nicer! The lucky groom and bride will win their wedding rings, bridal gown and tuxedo, food, flowers and music – everything – free,” Mr. Desch said in a press release.
The package includes catering, a wedding cake, photography, flowers, baskets and a honeymoon night at Homewood Suites.
Beaver Dam Park is in Davidson, off Davidson-Concord Road. Take I-77 to exit 25, head east on N.C. 73, left onto Davidson-Concord Road, go 2 miles, Beaver Dam is on the right.

The lucky couple never had a wedding due to finances so tomorrow they will have the wedding they always wanted!
