Want to join Girl Scouts? Come learn more

Want to learn more about the Girl Scouts? On Feb. 13, from 10 to 11 a.m., girls in kindergarten or first grade and living in the Huntersville, Cornelius, or Davidson areas are invited to join the Meck 1 Service Unit for a special Girl Scout Daisy recruitment event in Huntersville.

Girls will rotate through four stations, making some fun crafts and singing Girl Scout songs. Parents will listen to a special presentation about joining the Girl Scout organization. Admission is free but you must RSVP to attend.

Place: Meadowlake Church, 6501 Gilead Rd., Huntersville.
Date and Time: February 13 from 10am to 11am
