
We have all had those days that we say “This day I will start to exercise, or I will eat healthy or I will join a club, meet a friend”. We think about it but we feel stuck and unable to put our desire into action,. We all have those days.
How do you handle those times? Do you run and hide? Do you pretend you don’t want that anyway? Do you just give up on yourself? This is okay for a while. It’s okay to close your eyes and go to some place safe. Give yourself permission to take some time to enjoy nothingness. When you are ready here are some things you can do to do move ahead.
