Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville invites seniors to a free health program called Senior Saturdays, on the theme, “Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Healthy Spirit.” The monthly series begins Saturday, March 17, from 10 to 11 a.m. in the community room at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville.

Good health involves keeping your body healthy, mind sharp and spirits up. Learn tips on how to help the “senior self” achieve optimal overall health. Presenters will be:

• Amy Patz, DPT, Physical Therapist at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville
  
• Elizabeth Pinard, Social Worker at United Family Services of Lake Norman
  
• Tricia Gardner Lytle, MDiv, Chaplain at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville

This is a free program and registration is encouraged.
