Davidson Farmer’s Market open Saturday

[1]Davidson Farmer’s Market is open rain or shine this Saturday, Dec. 14, on its every-other-week winter schedule. The market this week welcomes back Wild Turkey Farm, Big Oak Farm, Chef Charles, Audrey’s Apples, KC Farm, Calico Farmstead and the Imhoff family. And Mrs. Betty will be there with her holiday wreaths and greenery.
Tables will be full with greenhouse tomatoes, kale of all kinds, lettuces, squash, potatoes, bok choy, collards, beets, turnips, mushrooms, cheeses, pasta, empanadas, breads, pastries, granola, honey, flowers, seafood, poultry, pork and beef.
The 2nd Annual Holiday Silent Auction has been postponed until next Saturday, Dec. 21. There will be lots of gift cards and Market prizes – perfect for presents and stocking-stuffers.
