		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m so happy to have a close-at-hand recipe for pickles; my daughter and I are definite pickle-hounds (if the Mt. Olive pickle people actually had tours of their factory we&#039;d go). But this might be the next best thing for now. Yummy!

On the other hand, we&#039;d love to have a lesson in pickling...actually putting up pickles so they can keep for months. if anyone has that skill--and offers a class (especially if it&#039;d be good for adults and their kids) please let me know!!]]></description>
