It’s the video everyone’s watching, here in Davidson and beyond: a student remix of a video called “I Love College” by rapper Asher Roth. A group of Davidson students – including basketball star Stephen Curry – have turned Mr. Roth’s video of wild partying into “I Love Commons,” a celebration of friends and feasting at the college dining hall, Vail Commons. Episodes 3 and 4 of “The Davidson Show“ a student-produced comedy video show are now available online.
Episode 3 takes a look at the feast after the epic LARPing battle, how to make your own snuggy, proper elevator etiquette, and a particularly amusing “slumber party” during Davidson Action News. Also, we preview a trailer for an upcoming film about Fountain Walker.
Episode 4 visits college staff Chester Sackowski during office hours, looks at figure study at Davidson, reducing your carbon footprint in the year of sustainability, and goes undercover to find out what happens at eating house sisterhoods.
The second episode in Season 3 of “The Davidson Show” – a student-produced comedy video show is now available online. It features a look at a morning ritual of a student who lives off campus on North Thompson Street, a glimpse at what’s in students’ backpacks, dos and don’ts for Patterson Court with the famous hotel heiresses that go to Davidson, the latest installment of Davidson Action News, and a look into the culture of LARPing, or Live Action Role Playing.
The first episode in Season 3 of “The Davidson Show” – a student-produced comedy video show – premiered before a large crowd in the 900 Room at Davidson College Monday night. It featured a segment on freshman of the week, a reality show selecting the new cast, an expose on students returning from abroad, a campus linebacker, “Davidson Action News,” and the celebration of the freestyle walking team, featuring all-star junior phenom Stephen Murray.
This week’s episode of “The Davidson Show,” Davidson College’s student-produced variety show, is now available online. Episode 10 features a compilation of The Davidson Show’s own Craig Stewart and Austin Bell channel surfing on TV, discovering shows such as PTI, The Real World, and a telenovela. The episode also features Davidson etiquette, dating tips, and highlights from the men’s basketball game vs. Guilford.
