Just over 100 runners registered for a 5K road race in downtown Davidson Saturday morning to raise money for the Free Clinic of Our Towns. The Turkey Trot, organized by the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity collected $4,000 for the clinic, which is at Ada Jenkins Center.

Davidson Lands Conservancy will hold its annual meeting tonight (Monday, Nov. 16), with a program that celebrates accomplishments in open space protection, looks at objectives for 2010, and includes a presentation by state Sen.
