Davidson’s Design Review Board will meet Wednesday night at 7pm at Town Hall, 216 S. Main St., with an agenda that includes a review of plans to renovate the Wade Building, at 208 S. Main St., and presentations on the proposed Davidson Retirement Residence at Exit 30 and the Woodie’s Auto Service Center, on Davidson Gateway Drive.

Wade Building – 208 S. Main St., within the Village Center Planning Area, Historic Overlay. The owners are proposing a historically appropriate exterior redesign. Davidson Retirement Residence – Located at the end of Peninsula Drive, off I-77 Exit 30. Within Lakeshore Planning Area. The board will get an information presentation about the proposed independent living facility.
