Vietnamese beef pho noodles are best if you take your time with the broth. Today, we’re happy to announce the return of columnist Nikki Sawyer Moore, who has engineered a solution to that problem using a slow cooker.
Nikki is a Davidson College graduate, chef and writer whose business is called Food Love. She also teaches group cooking classes and hosts corporate team-building/private events at The Kitch in Cornelius.
Nikki tells stories as she writes about food. Read today’s installment, a slow-cooker recipe for Vietnamese beef pho (noodles) in FOOD & DININGĀ»
