The Town of Davidson will be resurfacing a half-dozen streets and one downtown parking lot over the next six weeks, with work beginning Monday, Sept. 17.
The streets are:
- Jetton Street, from Potts Street to Griffith Street
- Davidson Gateway Drive, from Potts Street to John Ross Way
- Mallard Court
- Westside Terrace, from Mallard Court to Park Drive
- Mock Circle, from Mock Road to Sloan Street
- Alley B, located near Old Meeting Way
- Parking Lot A, located near The Village Inn
The town says the work should be done by Oct. 31. The schedule is weather-dependent. On-street parking on these streets will be prohibited during the project. There will be at least one lane of traffic open on all streets for the duration of the project. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
